Havana, Sep 11.- Cuba’s National Ballet Company (BNC) with General Director, Alicia Alonso, is on an extensive tour of Europe, which began on September 9 in Spain and will end on November 16 in Italy.

The repertoire on this occasion includes the ballets Don Quixote, Swan Lake, Giselle and The Magic of Dance featuring dancers Viengsay Valdés, Anette Delgado, Sadaise Arencibia, Yolanda Correa, Yanela Piñera, Joel Carreño, Javier Torres, Elier Bourzac, Ernesto Álvarez and Alejandro Virreyes in the leading roles, backed by soloists and the corps de ballet.

The Spanish tour, which began in Madrid, will include the cities of Galicia, Santander, Bilbao and Granada, among others.

The BNC’s tour will end at the Carlo Felice Theater in Genoa, Italy, where it will perform from November 11th through the 15th.  (Taken Radio Habana Cuba)
